Hongdae Playground in Hongdae, Mapo-gu, Seoul
Hongdae Playground or Hongik Children's Park located in front of Hongik University's entrance. One of Hongdae's landmarks. Flea markets, band performances, and various events are held here. Galleries, museums, and nightlife surround the playground.Always vibrant and energetic as a popular hangout place and a cultural space for young people. The epicenter for indie bands and underground music groups.
As far as I know, MBC K-Drama Coffee Prince (2007) & SBS K-Drama A Gentleman's Dignity (2012) filmed in Hongdae Playground. Scene Coffee Prince : Where Choi Han-kyul (played by Gong Yoo) bought Han Yoo-joo
(played by Chae Jung-an)
